This is a 1/72 Plastic Curtiss P-40B Tomahawk Model Kit from Academy
Plastics.  It's for ages 10 and up.

One of the most familiar aircraft of the Second World War was the famous
Curtiss P-40. Originally flown in 1938, the first P-40 was actually a
modified P-36 using an inline Allison V12 engine instead of the P-36's bulky
radial type. This modification gave the US Army a craft that could compete
with a Hurricane or a Messerschmitt. These were the planes that would become known as the British Flying Tigers.

FEATURES: 46 plastic pieces attached to sprues and molded in grey.
The surface of the plane is decorated with fully engraved panel lines and rivet detail.
Highly detailed cockpit interior includes a pilot and controls.
Authentic engine assembly with propeller.
